Create your TFS Preview Account

At the time of writing this post, creating a TFS Preview account was free. Simply follow these steps and you should be up and running in less than 5 minutes

  • Click on get started for free

  • Enter your Server URL. I wasn’t able to change the identity Provider field. But you will be prompted to enter the Windows Live ID
  • Click Create Account
  • Enter your Live ID info or create a new account if you don’t already have one

  • After around 30 seconds, the server should be created
